English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Organizer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor's Affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, each a "Sponsor Indemnitee", from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind.
