aspirate collected for microbiological culture
Podejrzewam, że chodzi o to, że podczas endoskopii pobrano materiał (aspirat), żeby sprawdzić, czy znajdzie się w nim florę patogenną („na” -> „na obecność”, „żeby sprawdzić, czy jest obecna”). Warto sprawdzić, co jest dalej w opisie bronchoskopii (i reszcie dokumentacji, o ile jest dostępna).
