É curioso, porque encontrei o termo em referências de certos países...

E como o termo em inglês é arcaico e tendo em conta como a própria frase em inglês está escrita, eu diria "punição", ou mesmo "castigo".

Se num registo mais atual, então "sem pena imposta".

Acho que pena, multa, punição valem como termos, mas como não sei que texto está a traduzir (atual ou não) deixo estas sugestões.
