Software contract terminology
Hi there,
has anyone got a neat term that could be used for "Beigezogene" which is used repeatedly in a software purchase/maintenance contract that I'm working on.
"Die Mitarbeitenden des Lieferanten, verbundene Unternehmen des Lieferanten, seine Unterbeauftragten und Subunternehmer sowie die Mitarbeitenden derselben werden in diesem Vertrag zusammengefasst «Beigezogene» genannt."
On a slightly separate note, would you all agree that "Unterbeauftragten und Subunternehmer" are the same thing? (i.e., Subcontractors) Or is there a subtle difference?
Thanks,
Alex

A little too general, but a handy word for this kind of situation.

consultants or consulted parties
dictionary definition for beiziehen (consult or call in as a consultant.

: They are not consultants here, but a collective bound under one contract.

Whereas the past participle form 'beigezogen' can be used as an adjective in German and hence transformed into a noun form with capital letter and plural adjective ending, the same trick cannot be pulled with the corresponding English past participle 'associated'.

As I wrote in my comment to Ramey, your preferred solution suggests two categories of party: involved and uninvolved. I suppose the second group must therefore include the the two parties actually signing the agreement. Bizarre.

"parties involved" might work.
