I know that this term has been entered in the glossary several times, but I still feel insecure about the correct translation of the following sentence:
"XX haftet nicht für die wirtschaftliche oder persönliche Bonität und Zahlungsfähigkeit der jeweiligen Schuldner der Forderungen, ebenso wenig für die **Werthaltigkeit** der mitübertragenen akzessorischen Neben- und Sicherungsrechte, dinglichen Sicherheiten, Bürgschaften usw."

I'm not sure I've put my finger on the right word, but for me the context implies that XX cannot guarantee that the various assurances do in fact do the job they claim to do - it sounds like a standard disclaimer meaning that they haven't themselves investigated these Sicherungsrechte etc. in detail. It's like an estate agent saying that the house you are buying has central heating but they can't guarantee that it is actually working.
