SDL Language Cloud not working Thread poster: Peter Mueller

I am using Trados Studio Freelance 2019 (latest version), which comes with a free subscription to the SDL language cloud. Generally this works fine, but today I suddenly saw a message telling me that I don't have a subscription for language cloud: When I press the button to get to my account, I see that I do have an account, and my allowance is still valid: And that's where it ends. I cannot connect my subscription with Trados. Any hints someone?
