ascites Explanation: ascitis Explanation: You could also say: ascites (batrachian abdomen), to maintain the reference to the abdomen shape. I've also seen frog shaped abdomen (http://www.mouthulcer.net/info/2975365.html) or frog like abdomen contour (http://ceo.medword.net/?signs=achondroplasia-infant-2). However, as batrachian abdomen, they are not very common terms. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 31 mins (2017-06-26 20:18:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, copy-pasting I copy-pasted everything. :) |

addome batraciano distended, swollen abdomen Explanation: These are the words which are commonly used for a "bulging" abdomen, be it by gas or by ascites. I am not aware of a term referring specifically to ascites, to a frog aspect, or to a distension reaching out more to the sides than to the front. |

-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 mins (2017-06-26 19:59:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- not really bulging then....
