患者应知道牙医常用的一些牙科符号
人的一生有两副牙齿，乳牙和恒牙。乳牙有20颗，用罗马数字iiiiiiivv表示，恒牙有28～32颗，用阿拉伯数字1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8表示，用＋将口腔中的牙齿分为上下左右四个象限，左右以面部中线，也就是两个大门牙之间为界，将中切牙（大门牙）定为1（I），从中线开始向两边依次为2，3……7，8（iiiiiivv）。比如：5表示右上从中线开始第五颗恒牙，iv表示左下第4颗乳牙。
